This website is operated by Quality Property Services NZ Limited. Its content provides general information about our services and is not a quotation, contract, technical assessment or guarantee that a particular service is suitable for a property.

Scopes and quotations

Services are subject to review of the requested work, property access, site conditions, availability and written confirmation of scope and price. Website descriptions do not include work outside an agreed quotation or work order.

Specialist and regulated work

Licensed or specialist trades will be engaged where required. Some conditions cannot be confirmed until access is available or work begins. Material variations or additional work should be approved before proceeding, except where urgent action is reasonably required to address an immediate safety or property risk.

Website accuracy

We aim to keep website information current and accurate, but services and availability may change. Images are illustrative unless expressly identified as records of a particular project.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Quality Property Services NZ Limited is not responsible for loss arising solely from reliance on general website information. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.
